Nice work, and your welds look great.

Greddy blow-off valve added. Opinions seem to be mixed whether this is really necessary on a car with an automatic. But what the heck, it looks cool!

Getting started on the fuel and ignition systems.

Fuel pump and filters laid out on a panel that will fit on frame members under the bed. Still waiting on some fittings and stuff to get it all installed.

Ignition module and 6 pack coil mounted on the fire wall. When I dug these out of a box I found the invoice from April 2015 when I ordered them. $#!+, I've been working on this project for a long time...

The wasted spark coil pack is from DIYautotune. Originally an upgrade for Buick V6s so the marked firing order is different from an inline. I re-marked it with some heated number stamps.

Also done, seats installed along with 5-point harnesses.

I finally got to making the 36-1 toothed wheel. I started with a bolt on crank pulley, milled notches every 10 degrees around the edge.

And installed. You can see the beginnings of the crank sensor bracket in the lower left.

I finished up the sensor bracket

How do you turn it exactly 10 degrees when machining the timing wheel?

In that first photo it's clamped in a chuck that is mounted to a rotary table. I turn the crank on the rotary table and line up the degree marks. Then make the cut. Repeat.

My rotary table is similar to this one.
There are degree marks around the table and a vernier on the crank handle. One full turn of the handle is 4 degrees at the table. It can easily rotate fractions of a degree.

You could probably sell a few of those 36-1 notched pulleys and sensor brackets.

Fuel pressure regulator, under hood fuel hoses, spark plug wires, radiator catch tank - done.
It's getting to where all that's missing is ALL the wiring.

I also finished up the fuel pump and fuel filter plumbing.
Fuel cell in the bed. Directly below there is a 100 micron filter, the fuel pump and a 10 micron filter.

My Megasquirt 3 Pro Evo arrived in the mail yesterday. I think I have all the little components collected up to start piecing this together.

I made a bracket for the MS3 and a fuse box. It will mount up right where the glove box used to be.
