The instructions are for the speakers I have, install some other kind of speaker, and the box will need to be different. ANY good speaker comes with instructions about box size, shape, and different types of boxes, that fit YOUR speaker. Or you can use the different "measurements" that is listed for your speaker, and give to a GOOD installer. He will put the numbers in a computer, and give you the box drawings... If you give him the size/shape of the area the box will be in, he may be able to adjust the drawing to fit real nice... Anyway, this box is going OUT! It is too damn heavy, and takes a lot of room I need for camping gear, and/or beer... |

You say??Make a picture with this, two Subwoofers of 12" below my 6x9 speakers, 2 amps (44cm long and 35cm wide) side by side, and in the side walls of the trunk, the other 2 Subwoofers of 12", that really takes room!! |

guh duh, I saw the list, I meant where did you put it? Following your stealth plan, I was curious how you hid it. My stock unit is fully functional and nice, and my glove box is fabric and thus not really optimal for mounting a hidden head, so that's why I asked. Not trying to call you out or something LOL |

I just simply throw away original radio and put there my Alpine receiver, since is a very old model, no one wants to stealth it, but I will change it soon for a better receiver with removable plate and make a door or something to keep hidden the receiver. |

It sounds like I should replace my vintage speaker; but with a quick glance at it from under the dash, I haven't figured out how to get it out..

For that reason I keep using my stock speaker, and for the way it sounds, it is in very good shape.Anyway, someone knows a easy way to remove stock dash speaker? |

Mine sounds ok once it gets warmed up with the original vintage speaker??????????????????  Just missing good ol' AM stations these days!Besides, the grill is pretty darn fragile. You have to pry at it, which gives you a good chance of breakage. Avenger, I had a writeup someone did on putting two 4" speakers side by side up there to get stereo, I'll see if I can find it. He had some info on removing the grill IIRC. MJ |
