Thanks Doug! Bring a little extra money. I have something for you that I doubt you'll be able to turn down. My '67 V100 is all but loaded. Had to do that today since I'm working swing shift this week. Just have to throw the duffle bag in tomorrow morning and roll South. I'm looking forward to meeting CJ and Fopar at lunch time and caravaning the rest of the way. 2.76 gears are my friend for the highway, but are going to hurt me at the strip. But, it's better than being on the side-lines, or worse, at home! |

I have to work a couple hours in the morning, then Jess and I will make the 5 hour drive up to Medford.....will try to swing by the track in the pm,will be staying at the windmill Fri/Sat Andrew |

Weather perfect ....we should be on the road by 9:00 am...Look for us along the way..."Swingin' Six" from Chico. Boy..it looks like this will be a big turnout for the Killer Bee Racing Team...The Medford (Champion Raceway) ownership has really given us the Red Carpet Treatment...private parking areas, our own two lanes for lots of time trials, free BBQ with live music, and putting up $500.00 for our race on Sunday. This is our last slant6 race for the year so please try to make Medford this weekend...even if you don't have a slant6 car, but enjoy seeing them run...show up...Glad David is coming all the way from Arizona.. See you all at Medford...THIS WEEKEND...TWO DAYS... |

I gotta get some shocks under the BV and a windshield installed so it's legal... Then I gotta get up to firm feel and get a steering box redone and get a front end kit for the Hpak duster... If all goes well I should be there for the May dates (and have a buddy come play with the other vehicle too...). -D.Idiot |
