Foggied: To act like an old fogey. Drive like grandma. To proceed at a snails pace. Slang. Used by CJ. Probably not a word used anywhere else in the world, nor particularly relevant for conveying meaning. Likely misspelled.

its also usefull for running over people or ricers (loud hondas)

btw CJ wtf is foggied?

that reminds me of farm trucks its overheating pull over and get some water! then you get like the 2 liters full of water and pull over for 15 min let it cool down
