If it is a lean condition, how do i change it? |

placing your hand over the top is akin to having the choke on, with my 318 it was lean and as such when i would cover the top with my hand it would pull some fuel through the venturies and help it idle, turns out it was lean cause i had a plugged emulsion tube |
