They can come. The V8s just have to park on the street!

I wish there were a skid pad or a roundabout near the shop. I'd like to see if any of the V8 guys can keep up with me in a long corner. Could do some brake testing too. Backwards drag racing. Drive 40 MPH side-by-side and hit the brakes when the flashlight comes on. :D

That sounds like it would be a blast, and I think those V8 guys would have their work cut out for them, against that awesome Valiant you've got there Josh.

That sounds scary. What if someone had badly adjusted brakes or lost control and went sideways, hitting the other "braker"?

One day I will learn your Jedi driving ways...

I may take a drive up there with my Dart to say hi, by the way.

Just need a little extra space between the cars. If someone did go sideways they would probably be in front of the other car by the time they spun out. If we only had one lane to use we'd need a GPS or RADAR for true ground speed reading and a long tape measure or paint to mark the road.

That would work, but getting adequate feedback to the driver might be tough. A hand held GPS that the driver can see would allow them to hit the target starting speed. The RADAR gun would be great to catch those attempting to cheat by starting off too slow.

Dang Lloyd! That means you have to drive like to Oregon just to get to Seattle. What about catching the ferry at Poulsbo?

Midi- DK kind of reminds me of you in that picture. Just put a can of "Full Throttle" in his left hand!
