That's awesome Ryan!

I want to add a hitch to my '72 Dart, so I'll be crawling around under yours at Clay City for some ideas.

You can try using my M/T Street Radials at Clay City if you want to. I doubt the Duster will be needing them very much...

22 MPG and mid 14's is great!

I'm really looking forward to seeing you at Clay City! :D

Here is a quick update on the Dart.

Made the trip to kentucky towing the trailer (ended up being just over 2000 lbs). Car towed nicely and the hitch setup seemed to work good too.

The Dart ran well at the Clay City race track running 14.9's on street tires and the exact same setup I towed with. It was a little slower than expected but I didn't want to change much since I was so far from home. The 60ft was lazy at around 2.05 - 2.10, but it ran fairly consistently all weekend. The Dart ran consistent enough to win the race saturday (a little luck helped too!). I didn't get to work with the nitrous, and I was a little afraid to try it 8 hours from home, but I am hoping to get that straightened out soon.

I have gotten around 22mpg on the highway with the Dart, but towing was an entirely different story. I got right around 12mpg towing through the mountains.

Great stuff, Ryan! Not surprised about the mileage. The Slantkota gets 11-14 MPG towing the Valiant, depending on cruising speed and hills. Speed makes a big difference...
