805moparkid, Might I recommend a place close to the track it's called Little Sicily and it's in between the Safeway and Albertsons on Grand ave & Rheems Rd. It's a family owned place and good Chicago style pizza. It's about 10 minutes south of the track just turn west on Rheems and it's in a short strip mall on the left.

Anytime on Saturday is fine, gates open at 8 am, you might want to come kinda early so we can get you teched in and ready incase we do get a qualifying run on Saturday. I think the "Gate" fee is the same for both days might aswell come and hang out with your fellow 6 ers' LOL.I realize some may be making Test & Tune passes Saturday night but will try to feed you all between 5-7 pm.As for what time will it end... hard to say, my guess somewhere around 6-7 pm on Sunday.
My work isn't to far from you, I'm up at I-17 & Carefree Highway.

I'm a Custodian at SunSet Ridge Elementary, just north of Home Depot and do tech on the weekends at Speedworld. If it's who I think it is... Greg use to own a orange hemi Dart, been awhile since I've seen him at the track. The gate fee is $25 dollars for both days and then there is an additional $25 for the race entry fee.

As long as there is no fuel in the trunk or any gaping holes on the trunk floor the stock tank is ok. The battery can be in the trunk withouy a rear firewall but must be in a sealed container and vented to the outsibe. All you should need is working seat belt, all lug nuts ,radiator overflow can, and no more then 12 inches of rubber fuel lines ,battery securely installed ,throttle springs to prevent stuck throttle and overall an attempt to prevent stupid stuff. I know your work, you will not have any issues. If you do we carry enough duct taps and bailing wire as well as mans best friend ,large tubes of silicone.
