Nothing will happen to the old records, since all we are doing is adding totally new classes on either side of the old ones. I wasn't even aware of the 170 break until this thread. I would not want to allow further "creep" in rules in the future. I think Charlie and Wayne are the only ones seriously running low deck motors anyway, with the occasional Dutra experiment.... Lou |

Will bee going for the c and a gas records. If I got Fopar to drive it in the A gas class the weight savings would give me a chance. To run in the C class I will have to add 350 lbs or just have CJ drive it. |

Anybody know how to get a Andrew Howard and maybe the Erickson's opinions on new classes? After I hear from a few more people out West, I will set these new SSRN rules in stone. Lou |

Mark is a "Record Hog"! Hey Lou, Once the new rules are set I recommend we post the whole enchilada in the next SSRN as well as a Sticky in the Racing Q&A section. |

I always wondered what would happen if I showed up at a SS meet with a '65 Rambler American with a 270" Jeep motor... It is technically a six cylinder Mopar... |
