Go ahead and save that weird car, the sedan, the 6 cylinder, the C-Body. If you want a big block musclecar and that's all you care about, your missing the point.

Is there anyway to unstick a valve? I would like to unstick it to see it I can get rid of the ticking that way. I was thinking I could replace the pushrods and lifters to be safe. IDK just thinking out loud.
First verify that you have a sticking valve. Using a feeler gaur isolate which particular valve is making the noise (it will get noticeably quieter when you stick the feeler gauge in to the noisy/sticking valve). Second try adjusting that one particular valve to be sure that it is actually a sticking valve and not an out of adjustment valve.

A valve can be unstuck by just running the engine and hoping the oil will clean the varnish off the valve stem and guide, but that will not always work. The only way to be sure is to rebuild the head including removing the valves and cleaning the valves and valve guides and possibly installing new valve guides.

No need to replace the pushrods or lifters unless they are damaged or bent.

and lash was .005" on all 12 valves.
Have you fixed this?

Got time to get your hands dirty ?

0.005" lash on all 12????

You don't have stuck valves you have valves unable to fully close. I'm surprised it will run...

Set lash as advised in proceeding post. Hopefully you have not burned any valves.
