Sounds great. I had forgotten you have Andrew doing track testing. I am more of a street driven car guy and I run road racing tracks, dragstrips, autoX... I like built up motors, but ones that can live on pump premium and get good/decent MPG.

Yes, open source all the way, Slanted to the end.

Will look up Triumph 675...

Road racing is just drag racing out of every corner haha..i too am an autox/ trackday buff and am very failiar with your requirements..and will keep the corner burner types in mind for sure!

Oh, also I have one car TBI and one car MP-EFI, both megasquirt. Two other cars are carbs, so can do any manner of testing. One car turbo, two big cammed 10.5-11:1 motors, one 9.5:1 medium built motor. Yes, they are all 225s, but have a 170 and a stroker ~255ci in the works...

That is a great variety. I very much appreciate your interest in my work and am sure we will work on some further development together. The more the merryer. This isnt so much a big money deal for me as much as it is of me having fun..designing..testing and fabricating..im also very well versed in forced induction of all types..maybe approaching guru status in other circles..and alternative fuels as well..so developing products for forced induction is very fluid for my natural way of thinking...i almost have to regress to build naturally aspirated stuff as ive been building boosted stuff primarily for so long haha..

Ill also add that i am of the mentality that talk is cheap and stand by my word..so you can definately count on some designs that have never been unleashed on the slanted crowd to make their way out of my garage in the near future...this will be a good next few years, at least, and god willing, for the slant six performance crowd.

Yes, designing, fabricating, testing/tuning, and driving are the fun combination. Any less than these 4 and it becomes much less fun (for me at least).

Do those Triumph 675s use standard Bosch-style hi impedance injectors, or something else? I am not getting useful info on simple web searches. I have not found flow rates or sizes available either, yet.

Interestingly enough..triumph never published injector info..based on what ive seen on the tripple boards is they were made by sagem, delphi, and bosch...and range from 17lbs/hr...23lbs/hr...i have scoured many boosted tripple builds and have seen injectors in the 550cc/min range offered by RC...thats like 50lbs/hr..ill keep digging..

As per waylon@RC...they are high impeadance saturated injectors made by kehin..and are 310cc/m @43.5psi. Or 30lb/hr. They offer them as low as 19lbs/hr all the way up to 120lbs/hr...just about right for a boosted 225 as delivered imo

30's should be Fine.

30s should just barely fully feed my 64 Dart engine. Any more HP or RPM and they would max out. A mild-medium boosted 225 would be OK with 30s assuming the fuel pressure comes up with boost to higher than 43.5 psi.

I ran 24s on the 68 Dart engine before the turbo and those were plenty. 19s would probably have been OK. 34s are quite large for your engine, Greg, but I guess you have MSII so there is more resolution to trim pulses at idle.

I will be upgrading to MSIIIX before long on at least one car, so that should be a noticeable upgrade from MSI circa 2002-2003.

I would like to know more about the process you are using to fabricate these manifolds if you do not mind sharing.

How specifically are you putting them together, what do you start with and what are the steps you make to get from raw material to the end product?

On page 1...you'll see the paperboard mockup..i the disassembled the paper mockup and transfered them to 3/32" aluminum sheet..cut out all the patterns and got welding..i made a 1" steel plate fixture to bolt flanges to during welding...thats about it i guess..lotsa vicegrip and welding clamps...and lotsa time..

I am getting exited! I am going to order a new throttle cable bracket, and go back to my MOPAR cable to spin the carb sideways. I dont have alot of time to make one right now.....and when I do, I wont have the money.LOL
I want to say thanks!!! I am hoping to have this on, and maybe a test run before Medford....
