the plugs were not new, but were clean prior to 10 to 15 minutes of engine run time,
and here is a video of a test I ran on the AEM and MS air/fuel ratio monitoring system.

the two gauges do not display the exact same values, but both display very low scale numbers during very rich test conditions and very high scale numbers during very lean test conditions,, my conclusion is the AF monitoring is functioning.
I have reinstalled the header extensions that I had on the car previous to installing the FI, without the extensions present I believe there was enough reversion at the collector flange to make the AF sensor read lean.
Have the TB off the motor and the IAC unit out of the TB, I want to do some manual tests to verify that the IAC functioning correctly.
