Sounds like fun Greg. I'd like to stop over sometime. I haven't had much extra time for many extra-curricular activities lately. Hopefully things will turn around a little in 2024. I would like to take the tour of Ondayko estates! |

Looking good! How are you able to keep paint on your intake manifold? On my truck I've tried Eastwood intake paint and then hi-temp powdercoat and it all burns off within a couple of weeks. Joe |

Joe I don't know yet, It has yet to be run.. I would think it's not hard as it's a cold aluminum part. No heat gets on there, except for the ambient engine compartment heat. All my other aluminum intakes are unpainted. Now that I have a good abrasive blast cabinet, I clean everything real well before painting! Greg |

I have painted all my intakes with engine paint (Duplicolor I think) I always heat up my parts good before painting and then I coat them with a satin clear engine paint. Never had any real problems with them. |
