I asked if it was my lump o cast iron, but it was a secret waiting for clearance to be de-classified.

I'm cleaning up casting flash, and very minor port job on the 906 heads off the 383 today in class... :mrgreen:

Nothing too crazy.
I had to beat several pistons out of the block with a sledge hammer as well as pounding out valves with a steel punch (brass punch was not cutting it).

So, there was some rust pitting I was concerned with.

Good learning experience and hopefully the heads will be usable.

Never a dull moment. :mrgreen:
