Ok, now I get this little basterd almost running. Responses very well. Timing is set 12..13 degrees and if I checked spark plugs then timing mark seems to be in right place. BUT in idle it still did not work smoothly...RPM-s seesaw somewhere 870-950 And sometimes motor dies when I put shifter to "R" or in "D"
May valvelash setting may solve this problem? I check valve lashes anyway again... Or it may be carb tuneup problem?
I also replaced distributor cap and rotor, contacts (gap is 0,5mm) spark plug wires as well are new.
Any suggestions?

assuming that u have already adjusted the idle mixture screw, it sounds like a very small vacuum leak. one that is small enuff to become irrelevant when the throttle plate opens up. find a spray of ur choice, flammable or not, and spray it around all the related joined surfaces in ur intake tract.. be sure to check ur new weld area too. a small pinhole in the bead could do it. maybe check the whole intake manifold for leaks if nothing else shows up?

sounds like a leak.

D~~~!

For the electronic ignition, it would be easiest to install a Pertronix (look them up on the Internet). It installs inside the distributor in place of the points.
