Oh yeah, 2bbl --> 4bbl adapter plates are readily available by Mr. Gasket or TransDapt for about $25.

An vacuum secondary or air valve secondary will work (even a quadrajet) as the secondary will only open up as far as the air flow requirements.

The primary side needs to be in the < 200cfm range for best economy.

Mechanical secondaries will kill you unless its a really small 4bbl.

So if I stack a 4bbl to 2bbl adaptor on top of a 2bbl to 1bbl adaptor, I can have a 4bbl on my car.............

that was funny :D i'm in the same boat as army chuck, wanting my daily driver to have more pep, does anyone like or hate the offy 2x1? i would think the even more equally length runners would be a bonus, though there is the linkage to dial in as a drawback. but i like the visual "cool" factor of it. but i don't know anyone who has run one.... opinions from experience anyone? and chuck, i love your car, the vectors were a great choice.

Hey, does anyone remember the Weber dual 2 barrel intake? It was floating around on eBay by Webber Parts Direct. They had a whole setup, intake, carbs, linkage and air leaners for $750. It was a bit out of my price range last I saw it, but it sure did look cool.

I have a feeling it would be a real @#$%^ to tune though.
