As for Allpar, there is much info on the site, much posted by individuals, like myself, Dan, posibly you. Most is correct, but not all. I have sent e-mails to Allpar on a couple of occasions, with no result, that I could see.
Allpar is similar to Wikipedia, in their content.

Kevin and I have agreed in principal, on doing this. We will work out the details by PM and phone, then post the final procedures to be followed.
This will not happen before the end of January, and might be somewhat later. Neither one of us, has much time this month, due to the holidays, and other commitments. I will try to prep both engines for rebuild this month. We then need to find a dyno shop, see what parts are required for setup, and get pricing. This is where it might fall apart. I do not have the money to pay for dyno time, and I don't think Kevin should foot the bill. So it will be up to others to contribute. Something like a "group buy".

Charlie and Kevin, thanks for working to make this happen. Since I have one of Kevin's teflon scrapers (as yet uninstalled) I'd be interested to see the results of the test. You can put me down for $50.

Not many SL6 engines turn 6500 RPMs or run a Dry Sump oil system.
Knowing the power gains from scrapers, a windage tray and pan baffels in the 2000 to 5000 RPM range is the "million dollar question".

I talked to Mike Jeffrey tonight. He will be making a run of windage trays and scrapers shortly.

His price on scrapers was $15, but that was for a rough cut "do-it-yourself" kit. His new one will be a copy of the scraper that is in his national record holding Diplomat motor. He will price it after he gets the first one made.
