Is that a GM AFB? IIRC the Hyperpak used a 273 AFB. The fuel inlet looks like a Buick AFB I have. |

No it used a 3803 Carter. Long before the 273. They just list that carb as a easy replacement for the un-obtainamum original carb. Jim told me that the intake has a 2848S Carb on the intake. Any guess on what the parts will go for? Anyone think the exhaust goes for more than the intake? |

Jerry supposedly got $2400 for the set he had and they were not very good at all. By that standard these should bring $3K easy, but the economy isn't what it used to.bo. |

I think that Jerry also drug those parts around to various swap meets for several years before he got that selling price,,WV talked to Jerry more than I did,, but I remember him saying that if he did not get the price he wanted, the hyperpac manifolds will be buried with him... |

What is questionable is that Jerry always said he got $2400 but I never heard anyone say they paid $2400 for them! LOL Those things were a wreck. I would love to have a set but I am afraid they will always be priced out of my league. |

OK did some research. That carb is from a 1960 PD4 383. It was the RB with the 3.75" stroke. Rare carb. |
