I hope we can all make it to Clay City or wherever the race is and run together! That would be fun! Stan I noticed on the video that when the car hits and the fronts come off the ground it goes a little to the right. Is there adjustments in the 4 link to setup to change that kind of thing? The only thing I know about 4 Links was that I followed Ron Hamby's a lot at the finish line!!! |

Yes, it would be good to race, last time I was at MD, it rained us out. It's a Ladder Bar suspension. And I do have adjustments. I think because I could not do a good burnout, it moved a little right. I hope the new brakes help that. |

Dennis Schumers is “resisting cracking wise”! Stop the presses!! He isn't the only one in line to race me. Maybe the only Hemi Colt in the world with a slant six street motor. |

In all seriousness I know when you get that thing straightened out it will fly. But in the meantime......... |

I hope it stays on the ground and really doesn’t fly like the Colts did back in the day. I guess we will find out……..sometime. |

There aren't many of us slinging well-wishes back and forth any more. Keep them coming Slantzilla! And the Colt has been as in the 8's at close to 160 MPH. I was told by the guy who drove it that you could drive it with one hand. I don't think it will take flight. I sure hope not. |

Yeah, really looking forward to seeing the Colt fly straight and low. Maybe lining up against it too. Lou |

I'm just hoping for the weather to break soon so I can change motors in the car. |

Me too! It's been a while. Hmmm, maybe I can get some boost on my Milner-esque machine (34 Dodge) and join this heads-up fracas?? Lou |
