I left early this morning to get the Challenger loaded and ready to go before work this morning. Angie knew I wouldn't take time for breakfast and might need some help getting the car on the trailer, so she stopped by the storage unit with breakfast in hand. She even helped push and steer the car in her nice work clothes. I am a lucky man! |

Glad to hear it. Long time coming... Maybe we should call it "Challenger II" like the Danny Thompson streamliner/Bonneville car? Lou |

That was exciting! It sounds really good. The Big Dog racers thought it was pretty cool. Jason Lancaster that owns the shop (he races a 55 Chevy with a turbo Hemi in the No Prep series) has been asking me to bring him a head and block to play with. He looked at the head today and shared some ideas of what he wants to try. Cool stuff! The tranny won’t go into gear, so I need to figure that out. Andrew is here for the weekend, so the car stuff will wait a couple more days. Very excited!! |

Not yet. Too many family obligations. It’s been sitting on the trailer since the start up. I have a couple things to try on the transmission. I will get into it after Clay City. Maybe Mason-Dixon will be the debut. I want to see (and feel) it running too! |
