Photo trick.. Paint was still wet in that shot. It will be satin black. I am distracted by k frames in cars that are actually shiny. Greg |

Wheels look great. About the same as the ones we had on my son's Maverick. |

I am ready. Lots of lifting and tire changing keeps the upper body fit. Removing unneeded weight from the front of the car will help too! Got a Fiberglass hood and some other trick bits to get the front end lighter. Greg |

Looks great, Greg. I have always run spacers on those wheels (1/2 - 3/4") to get BJ and tie rod clearance. They are deep offset anyway, so a spacer makes sense. Lou |

The FFI sway bar arrived today, So this week's project will include mocking it up and getting the tabs welded onto the lca's. Once that is done lca's will be removed, painted and reinstalled. Also putting together the dual circuit master cylinder and rebuilding the steering column. Greg |

The closer you can get the tabs to the wheel, the more effective the bar will be...……... |

Right on! They are designed to line up about on the shock bolt area. I don't think i will be widening the bar. Greg |

Those are nice looking sway bar tabs, and nice work on the LCAs. People will freak when we show up to a track day or autoX with a pair of Slant 6 64 Darts. Lou |

Thanks Lou. Those sway bar tabs were from speedway motors, but did not hit the lca in mock up. So I had some spare roll cage tubing that I cut about 2" off of to bridge the gap. Of course some other small mods needed to make it all work before welding. Greg |

Will that induce a twist in the lower arm since it's so far off the centerline? |
