Yes Seymour was there.
Joel, Lou, Seymour and I got to have dinner together Friday night.
Seymour is such a great friend to slant racing, it was great to see him.
Thanks for making the trip Seymour!

Thanks to old age and treachery, I was lucky to make the final round with my slow Colt.
Red lighted to Professor Lou.
Back to testing.

Mark was too busy selling parts.
Wish I had bought that half set of headers from Mark.
That would have been a great start on my 6 to 1 header system.

I ran up to Anamosa Iowa on Sunday to meet up with Slantzilla.
We went to the National Motorcycle Museum.
Also picked up my 198 crank that Dennis has been saving for me a long time.
Thank you Dennis for meeting up, it was good seeing you.

I kewn you would ask....
Pictures are on the internet.
I am embarrassed to say.
The Colt has never had a dial on the window that slow.
Something is terribly wrong.

More testing and seat time is needed. Stan will get it figured out!

Can I talk anyone into having a fall slant six race? The Mopars-in-the-Park is a good event at Tulsa Raceway Park. I'm sure they would accommodate a Slant Six class. First weekend in November.

The Tulsa promoter lists a slant bracket about every year. They have offered full payout if 60 slant 6 powered cars show up. I have tried to talk to her about the car count goal, but she saw what promoter Rob Simmons did at Clay City 2018 and thinks it’s easy.

I can keep the points updated if anyone is still interested. I just need the information. Or I can give it to someone else to continue.

Dear Rob,

I would be interested! It looks like we just have MoKan, M-D, and Knoxville this year. I'll try to pull them together for you, or maybe Rick can do M-D and I can do the other two?

Thanks again for all you do and have done!

Lou

Good to see you back Rob! I missed you. :D

I already have the Knoxville and of course the Mason Dixon points. I will send them to you soon.

Rick
