Just installed my matching rear anti-sway bar on my 67 Valiant 2-door post...I thought the front bar was great, but it only showed its true power when I installed the rear. My car is already set-up pretty well (late model disks, 93 torsion bars, 20:1 steering box, addco front 1 1/18 bar, 14" 205/70s, 8 3/4 lbp rear end) Even though the mounts for the front are not the best (I agree Lou!) the rear bar is quite simple to mount. Curves I used to max out at 65 mph are easily traversed at 85 (and up!). I've had this sitting around for 2 years and now I wonder why I didn't install it sooner. Body roll is greatly reduced, even slower speed handling is noticably improved. Maybe not for straight-track racers, but I love the improvement. Not alot of discussion on this topic, just wanted to add my two-bits. |

Doc loves duals. Dual Dutra duals, dual sway bars.. whats next, I want to see dual slant sixes!

Where did you find your sway bar? and will it fit my '66 canadian valiant with a 7 1/4" rear end? thanks |
