I have a 78 D100 truck that I want to convert from manual to power steering. When I search for gear boxes, there are four different models for my truck depending on spline count and shaft rotation. Since I'm replacing a manual gear box, should there one power gear box that fits the column? Or do I need to know the spline and rotation, and how can I get that info?
