The latest issue of Mopar Muscle has an article on Wilwood disk brake conversions. As usual, they don't give the price of the kit, nor do they say what size wheels are required.

A search turns up a lot of parts and pieces info, but nothing about using the complete kit.

Has anyone done this full conversion? Opinions?

That is a drag race only type of conversion. If you have a street car you should look for a different option.

Heh, I was just getting on to ask about that kit too.
IIRC, in the writeup they say they were able to use the original wheels (look where they talk about the two different bolt patterns the kit can use). It looked like it was intended as a street/strip kit, but I didn't see anything that'd discourage using it on a DD. Wilwood themselves would be able to shed some light on that one.
As far as price, having briefly looked at Wilwood parts for other cars in the past, I would suspect somewhere ~$800-$900 for that kit.

Sure is intriguing though. I'd love to have that (and an 8 3/4" rear with discs) on my girl's Dart when we start working on it again.

EDIT: On Wilwood's site they have two kits for A body Mopars. One is a drag race only and then there's this one: http://www.wilwood.com/BrakeKits/Pages/06/index.asp
Looks like this might've been the one that Mopar Muscle reviewed, though the one in their writeup didn't have the slotted and crossed drilled rotors.

Only two weeks left in the desert!

IIRC, the reason the drag race kit is not DOT approved is that the calipers do not have weather seals on the pistons. Lou may be able to shed some light on that as he ran them on his road race '64.

It all depends what you're trying to accomplish. The Wilwood kits are super lightweight and are designed for street rods or drag racing. If you have a daily driver that is slogging thru pot holes in all kinds of weather then it would be better to stick with the factory disc brake setup. Hang some big 11.75 rotors from a R body car on there for the best possible factory brakes. If you want to save some weight then go with Wilwoods or Viper calipers on the 11.75 rotors.

There is some info of different options on my website at www.arengineering.com if you're interested. Also, some good pictures of different setups in the gallery section. Here is a pic of a set of new Viper brakes on my early B body. So the sky is the limit.
