I have a 65 valiant with auto and I would like to convert to a more modern carb the problem is the linkage. I would have to do away with the rod set up for cable. The throttle cable isn't the problem the problem is the kickdown. What aftermarket set up is easy to adapt and adjust. I haven't decided on a carb yet so any suggestion would be appreciated. This car was my daily commute vehicle until a number of problems occured in october. I do have an offy 390 holley setup but It's for my other valiant. Thanks in advance.
