The little 3 inch hose between the head and the water pump...GRRR how do you get that sucker on? Should i have put that on before i slid the head into place?I used two sections of hose alrady and reamed the rubber right out of them tryin to pry them on there...i dont know whether to yell or boot the thing.RAHHH

ideally it should be put on when you put the head on, but it can be done with it on. I just cut the hose to length, slid the hose clamps on, and use alittle water to lubricate the hose so it slips on the nipples. It does take some "finesse".

Cut the hose to length, open up the clamps so they fit easily over the hose, place the clamps over the waterpump nipple, spray both ends (inside) of the hose with silicon lubricant and 'work' the hose into place.

or get the waterpump out, then slide the hose over the head niple, then on the waterpump, then bolt the waterpump.
