Do the bolts that hold the head down go into any water jackets? Is it any different if its an aluminum slant 6? |

All of the head bolt holes are blind. Why do you ask? |

I never thought to check them when I assembled my engine last week. I was hoping they were blind. Then I found out the intake/exhaust studs are into water so I became conserned |

Just checking: You have the correct special head gasket and rear main seal for your aluminum engine, right? |
