I have a 69 dart but the rear end was changed before i got it how do i tell what is in it now?

and if i was to change it to a bbp (to mach the front disk i have to put on ) what should i be looking for i run a 360 engining and the car is sunday driver i want good take off and something that can handle the rest of the drive train
