Hey! I'm new to this and was hoping to get some questions answered. I was wondering if headers from cliffordperfomance could negotiate the tight spaces in my 225 duster with factory a/c. Also if the hood could close properly if i were to add a hyper-pak with 500 cfm edlebrock. I want to leave the car stock as possible, but also have a little fun with the motor. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks! |

You will never get the benefit from the expense of the Hyper-Pak conversion without serious internal engine work. If you are leaving the engine internals as they are, you will probably get more horsepower from a more conservative intake upgrade, like a 2x1bbl offy and Dutra Duals.

I agree with the previous post, if you don't do alot to the engine, it would not really benefit you that much. But if you want to get rid of your Hyper Pak, or know where I can get a hold of one, let me know. I will pay good money for one!!! If you want to trade, I have a offy 4bbl intake. What size cam and other modifications to the engine would be needed to make the hyper-pak operate at full capacity? Also does anyone know where i can purchase a set of original 15 x 7 dodge rally wheels??? I think they look awesome but everyone has them for over $500. |

Oh yeah and burninsix, i have heard (only heard) that hyper-paks are being sold by clifford performance for around $300. I have also heard that Doctor Dodge aka Doug Dutra is the inventor of these wonderful devices. |

Well he didnt invent them, but he did painstakingly recreate the casting dies for them and put a lot of work into bringing them back. He did invent Dutra Duals, which are now appearing at Year One, Layson's etc. I hope he's getting rewarded for that. |
