There's a rear end in the local paper from a 1969 1 ton Dodge truck. Will this fit an early A body? I haven't seen the parts so I don't know if this is a stupid question or not. Wouldn't this be an 8 3/4? Mine /6 is a 62 so it'll probaby be too wide for me and have the large bolt pattern too, right? |

It's most likely a Dana 60, possibly a 70. No it won't fit in your 62 without a LOT of work. Being a 1 ton, it probably has 8 lug wheels. |
