Post subject: | Vacuum hoses on 75 Dart Sport |
Hi everyone A little background. I have a 75 Dart Sport with a 225 and California Emissions, air conditioning and power steering. I need a little help with the vacuum hose routing and size. I don't know if anyone would happen to have a picture of their routing setup, and what the inside diameter of the hoses are. I got to get this thing back on the road, my brother will laugh if he fixes his 73 Scamp before me. Thanks! |

Automatic or manual transmission? There are different diagrams in my 1975 factory service manual depending on transmisson. |

Haha, I thought I forgot something, it's an auto. |

Hi again, I figured out how to route everything, I guess it's just down to what size all the lines are supposed to be. I've been busy helping my brother do the body work on his Scamp, so my car has fallen by the wayside. Thanks. |

I can dig up the hose diagram if your underhood decal is missing. |

I found a copy of the underhood diagram while perusing some reference books, but I couldn't find what size tubing to use. I'm worried about hose size because of my Saab experience. I have a 9000 turbo which used to have huge problems just because of the wrong size vacuum lines. Plus, since I'm also having lots of fun with cold start driveability, I would like to narrow down everything by fixing all the little details that I can. |
