Ok, I took my carb off to clean it right, after a complete cleaning I putted again the carb in, and started engine to get sure that anything is right and my engine was running very smooth and nice after setting the right rpm.

Then when night and I needed to leave, I started the car, everything fine, after letting him warm up I turning my lights on and my stereo, when I looked at ALT Gauge it was barely charging at idle!!, when before cleaning my carb the idle charge was very good!, any ideas?

My Alternator if from a Rambler V6.

Did you have the idle set at a higher rpm, before you repaired the carb? Now with the carb working better, with a smoother idle, you set the idle speed lower.

for some weeks before rebuilding my carb, I was running at 1,000 RPM, but after reading my service manual I set the RPM to 854 RPM, and charge was a bit lower, but now is drastically low and for curious thing, I got a pair of Hellas foglamps in my car, when I turn on my lights barely charges, but if I only turn on quarter lights and turn on foglamps, charge is at very hight.

This is very visible, with normal lights barely charges and my dash light is dim, with quarter lights and foglamps, charge is hight and dash light is normal.
