I've installed my edel 500 today

I've put the dist vacuum hose to the left (higher one) of the carb
Is this correct?

the other one I've used the little cap to blind it....

It started good...but I havent' driven it yet tomorrow I will take it for a test drive....

The left side is for normal advance.
The right side is for higher vacuum at idle.
