Norm is doing fine is walking a mile a day and he said he feels real good.
It is going to about six weeks before he gets the green lite to go back to work or drive. Might try to talk him to going with me to Indianapolis if that would work out doint no but would be special. Thanks Ron Parker :D :D

Hey Ron,

Thanks for keeping us updated on Norm. That's great!

'Zilla might be right though. It is probably a little too much excitement for Norm to see 'Zilla blow up his engine trying to squash you like a bug with that 11 second pass!

I know, I know,... "gears and weather" (and a 150 shot  )

I'm sure Norm is tracking his mile a day walks in 1/8 and 1/4 mile increments! :D You go Norm!

Give Norm our very best and we'll hope to see him soon, maybe at Indy.
The more walking, the better!

Glad to hear Norm is doing better. Been there and done that! I know first hand what he is going thru and guys he will be tougher than ever after recouping.
I remember how much better I felt after my open heart in 1997. unfortunatly, I didn't follow thru with a good excersise and diet rotuine and in 2001 I suffered two more heart attacks and had stints installed.
The good news was the blockage in 2001 was in a different section of my heart and I was told that my orig surgery from '97 still looked good.

I it a very humbleing experience to go thru and the effects are long lasting
it will be tough, but he will feel so much better.
IM sure we all can remember how great we felt when we were in our 20's but those years have come & gone. Our bodies are wearing down and we must do what we can to keep ourselves healthy. My best wishes for a speedy recovery Norm and, to the rest of you guys I look forward to seeing you all again soon. Bobby

Hey Lou, did I see you cruising the main road into the Nats on Sunday?
I swear I passed your Dart on the road.

You probably did - in my dark green 64 Dart 4dr. I'm ashamed I didn't see your car.  We'll have to plan better in the future.

Let us know if you're going to the Indy Classic so we can plan a meeting time.
