Hi All, My '66 Dart needs a heater core. I see several available in the thirty dollar range. Would any particular brand be better than another? Any comments or experience please post. Thanks! Todd |

Most of the aftermarket heater cores, have the tubes wrong. They need to be 1 1/2 inches center to center, apart, the whole lenght of the straight part of the tube. A radiator shop can reposition the tube to the correct location. I was quoted $20 to do the correction on a new core. |

I bought a more expensive core from Year One. It slipped right in with no problems. |

The part fit but it is still a pita to swap out!
