OK, do you have the rim-blow horn (squeeze the wheel rim to sound the horn) or the conventional type horn switch (press a horn ring, button or bar in the middle of the steering wheel to sound the horn)?

The circuit path runs from the horn relay up the steering column, via one of the turn signal switch wires, to a little brass wheel on a spring that protrudes up from the surface of the turn signal switch. This wheel makes contact with a copper ring on the back of the steering wheel. This copper ring has a wire that connects to the horn switch. The horn switch completes the ground leg of the horn relay's trigger circuit. Pull the steering wheel; you may get the horn working again by cleaning the little wheel and the contact ring. Or, you may need a new horn switch.

Before you go pulling the steering wheel, make sure the relay is good, and has power to it.
