On sunday when I drained and refilled my transmission, I got into a rush and added the last quart of trans fluid. Instead of the last pint. So, I'm a pint over (yes I checked after I added, maybe the car wasn't level). Is this a problem after I have driven it today, and will drive it tomorrow on 80 mile round trip commute? Seems to shift fine....but I don't want to push it. |

Hey Eric The tranny will spit the excess of fluid when you rev it up on the road. Just check the level after going thru the whole shifting pattern (1-2-D-N-R-P then again N and check fluid, all this thing with engine running) If you want to drain the excess of fluid, you can get a really big syringe, some tube that fits over the syringe tip and drain the excess. I dunno if you have up there the jumbo size (about 60cc) |

I've seen some fluid pumps in my local parts store for around 15 bucks. Might just have to get it. Plus, it can be made into an air pump. Perfect for my slow leaking LF tire! Bonus! |

Replace your front leaking tire!!! at least, till you get the money to buy 2 new tires to go on the front, you can use one that ain't leaks from the rear ones. |
