Is there a source out there for electrical connectors for early 60s a-bodies? I need the T-shaped 2-conductor connectors for the single-speed wiper motor. I need the male and female. |

If you're not going for resto perfection just use any connector with the correct wire guage. Do you need the terminals or the plastic or both. |

I needed the plastic and the terminals. I found a set on an early 80s Toyota truck near the windshield washer reservoir. They fit the connectors for the 63 one-speed wiper. I just had to cut off the retaining clip. I used these connectors to plug my intermittent wiper control in-between the wiper motor and the original wiring harness. The T-shaped 2-conductor connectors they sell now have a wider gap between the two conductors and the plastic shell does not match the 63 mopar connector. |

Try waytekwire.com. They carry the packard 56 series connectors and terminals (pg 29 of there catalog) that were used on the old mopars. Next time you are at the pick n pull grab a harness or 2 from a late model crown vic or one of those huge suvs. Lots of good multi-colored wire in those beast and the insulation on the modern wire has a higher temperature rating than the old oem stuff used years ago. Invest in the correct crimp tool and solder each connection after crimping. I built a complete underhood harness for a '66 fury this way. Works great. Scott. |
