Is ChryslerParts.cc on the Internet a legitimate business? Anyone have any dealings with them?

.cc is the Top Level Domain for Cocos Islands. I'm not saying that the company is not legitimate but I would be very careful with them. I get suspicious of companies that do business from an offshore domain.
