Post subject:  besides Laysons???

I've been getting some interior bits and pieces from Laysons for my 64 plymouth Valiant convertible 225/6 and I'm not all that impressed especially considering prices. NOt that they don't have some great stuff but that when I order several things at once it seems that they rarely have all or ever most of what I order. Also, I just received two of the four seatbelts that I ordered and the color isn't what I'm guessing it should be....
Bottom line... is there somewhere I should try and get original style seatbelts, or other interior stuff or is Layson's it???

Post subject:  If you need original

You might try www.ssnake-oyl.com for original style seat beats.
They do restoration so they like you to have cores - but I bet they
sell cores if they have them. I have seen their work in cars at
shows before - it is good. I have not personally done business with
them so I have no idea on cost or business practices.

Much of Layson's stuff is bought on the open market and marked up. Defogger grilles can be had from the dealer. Original-type seat belts can be had from Ssnake-Oyl Products. A lot of replacement parts can be had out of Australia (e.g. Blue Star Spares).

Legendary auto interiors has an amazing selection of soft parts (Visors, trim, visor tips, Head Liners, Door Panels, etc...)

There online store is lacking, but there catalog rocks.

I don't have that P/N, but if you go ask for the defogger grilles for a 1994 Dodge B1500 van at the dealer parts counter, you'll find they're available in black, red, blue, tan or "quartz" (grey), and the mount gaskets and nuts are also available. The grilles are identical to your originals at the top, though I think there's a difference in the mounting bolt pattern, so you may need to redrill one of the holes in the dash panel.

Cost should be around $10/ea.
