Is this guy smoking something or did I miss something over the years? I was unaware that Chrysler ever used a rochester carb...

I knew about the Carter Thermoquad spread bore carb but not a Quadrajet... you learn something new every day I suppose. Still, on a slant?

Nope, never on a slant-6. Rochester 2bbls as a production alternative to Carter BBDs on '71 318s (maybe '72, too), I think due to a supplier strike around that time. And Quadrajets on '85-'89 M-bodies (Diplomat, Gran Fury, Canadian-market Caravelle) with Cop specs.

But never on a slant-6. Guy's on glue. Take a look, there's no way the linkage would hook up. Choke on opposite side of carb from throttle linkage, ditto the air cleaner, fuel line's in the wrong place, etc.
