We might have to start a NC points series if this keeps up!
Piedmont is not set in stone but it is a very nice track and I would love to see them (and us) be able to work it out. It would be another chance to set 1/8 mile records.

The Farmington event is on for the Saturday May 13th. The same club is in the process of working out the details on another show just like Farmington that would be held during the month of Oct. at Piedmont dragway. This strip is located off I-40 about halfway between Greensboro and Burlington. Check out their website www.piedmontdragway.com . I will let everyone when I find out any new info. Tom |

May 13 sounds like a nice date - I'm there. Who knows, might have the V in the low 9s or 8s in the 1/8th by then... Hey, Piedmont, that's my home track! Would be cool to see a Slant race there. There are quite a few of us Slanters within 45-70 min (sixinthehead, James Longhurst, rock, Brian Mimken...). Lou |

I just saw this thread and was thinking earlier today about wanting to try to make a few races next year! If that date for the Farm is firm, I will be able to make it. And I am DEFINITELY interested in getting to Piedmont if they have one as well. Any info on when the N.Wilkesboro race will be? Brian

You would need to talk with Ron H. about NW. He usually waits until most other dates are set since Danny is flexible about when we run there. Farmington show/race is always the day before Mothers Day. Tom |

Im definetly in it for the farmington and north wilkesboro race, Is a date set or is anyone sure of a date for a piedmont race??? If so...count me in! |
