Anyone ever have a 60's slant powered Panel Truck? I am in the process of acquiring a mid 40's Dodge Panel that currently has a flathead four cylinder and am thinking about either putting an F/M body front suspension under it but I was curious if the later slant powered Panels had a k-member torsion bar suspension or if they have a different engine mounting system.

I have done the F body clip swap under a 66 D100. Thats not what I would do again.
You have to build a new frame.

What I would do is do measure up a Dakota Frame. (we have one as a yard truck)

Dodges were beam axle till 71 and coil spring , A arm till the new ones.

They're still coil spring/A-arm unless they're 4WD.

I recently saw a '62 Town Panel in a salvage yard with a factory
slant six. It had a beam front axle.

I have seen one '40s Dodge panel with the automobile type IFS
suspension. Nick's salvage in San Antonio had one of these panel
trucks, it had the 'Job Rated' front end sheet metal of the pickup
trucks, with an automobile type IFS. The old Mopar IFS is decent
when converted to disk brakes, probably as good as the Volare
setup.
