| Post subject: | Which caliper would you buy? |
For a street driven car, which caliper is best? Should I get the stock phenolic piston caliper or the police/taxi metal piston caliper? I've seen where the phenolic pistons can get brittle with age. I've also heard of the metal pistons rusting and or warping. Thanks for any imput. Dart68 |

The pin calipers have a real problem with pad availability. The sliders are cheap and plentiful with many pad options. |

I've heard of calipers sticking, both phenolic and metal. I went with metal, flushed the system well, and drive it daily. http://www.slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic ... t=phenolic |
