| Post subject: | New Oil Pumps |
I know, I know, another durn oil pump thread. All I wanted to know is if this is worth the time or money. If not, what's a good replacement part instead? Also saw this and wondered the same thing. By the way, just out of sick curiousity, what happens when an oil pump fails catastrophically. I've had one go out on a Ford 302, and all it did was eat the engine for lunch. |

Both items you saw are listed at a fair price, you can do better or worse.All I wanted to know is if oil pumps and rebuilb kits listed on ebay are a good deal..., By the way, just out of sick curiousity, what happens when an oil pump fails catastrophically.
