Gentlemen, Well, it looks like the committee's going to go with my idea for a slant to power our Rose Parade float's animation set. The engine I have for this is a stock peanut head 225. One of the requirements will be the lowest profile possible. To that end I'm looking for one of the side draft single set-ups used on the motor homes and components for a clutch set up todrive the hydro pump. Any info on this carb would be appreciated. The searches I've run so far haven't helped much, due at least partially to a lack of correct references I think. |

Check your local boat junkyards. Chrysler made a marine application slant six inboard motor that actually laid flat on its side. I believe it was called the "Royal Crown 225" or the space saver package. I have a article that talks about ti I will post when i get home tonight. |
