Well ive seen a lot of posts on people who added sway bars to their early a bodies without the lower control arm tabs What options do I have, and are there any kits out there that will bolt in...im guessing I need to drill through the k member? My front end is completely rebuilt on my 65 valiant, yet want some better handling thanks in advance |

Control arm tabs are the best way to go, but there are other ways to mount them. An Addco #751 bar kit will suit. Don't know if they still do, but JC Whitney used to sell them at reasonable prices. |

see http://www.slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic ... ight=addco The cheapest place I found was on the internet a couple of years ago www.shox.com You may have to ask for a quote. I'd search on the internet for prices. And get the poly bushings...... And2 JC Whitney may or may not have them. JC Whitney seems to change vendors every couple of years............ |

You have to drill a hole into the K-member, but that's it. That's all the pics I have. |

is it a daily driver? thanks Pretty good so far. I want to eventually have the top bolt of the mount go thru the K-member too, then I think I would eliminate any possible mount problems. Work from home, so not much driving; but I probably use it 40% of time...... (tends to be short trips, except for occasional long trip to parents) |

kinda new to all this, but why would the rare tabs be better than the mounts that the addco kit comes with?...something wrong with the attach point at the shock tower? |

How much did this kit help with the sway? My 65 has tons of sway and everything rolls across the seats! |
