on saterday i went and picked up a 69 plymouth barracuda 318 auto. it was orginally a colum car but its converted to a floor auto. ITs kinda rough but i wanted a project  the wiring may be alil out of my league but i have plenty of people to ask between all the mopar boards out there 8)

and last but not least the goods

i was told it was orginally a /6 car, plus it has the small rear end 7 1/4 i ended up paying $1300 for it with an extra motor..383 :D quite the deal if i say so myself :D i first off need to handle the wiring wow its a mess, i got the thing running and all the brakes are pretty rough i was driving it around my backyard and had to shift into neutral and pump the crap out of the brakes to stop   but i got it undercontrol then the car randomly died on me, it will turn over but no start, my dad and a friend thought it was out of gas but wow i mean i put hell 2 gallons in it no way it burned it that fast, the day after i got everything taken apart it just HAD TO SNOW
i got alot of work to do i'll keep u guys posted  :x :x :x i was so mad today i went and brushed off the car :) but i got to wait for the rest of the snow to melt to really do anything. The left fender is kinda rough, someone got bondo crazy  so i got to fix that, luckly i'm taking an autobody class in school where i can do this, plus i have all the stuff to do it at home

i'll keep you guys posted as well as any of u on forabodiesonly.com

Lookin' good! Make sure you keep those aluminum slot wheels. I think they look great on that car.

ever since ive had the car, go figure it just has to snow, and snow and snow, and never stop  :x so its been delaying my working time to about nothing. ive installed some fuses so now the brake lights, blinkers, dash lights all work  :D this made me very happy, the dash lights are a lil dim but i'll have to get use to it :P (compaired to new cars) my dad says it will be a while before i can road worthy it, i want to be mopar or no car again  (stupid honda) anyways i looked under the dash the other day to inspect the mess of wires and noticed the main harnes coming threw the fire wall is melted     awwwwwwwwwwwww :x it pokes threw the firewall about 2 inch later melted then goes for about 8inches then the melting appears to have stoped. where should i start i noticed an aftermarket guages that were installed the amps guage works. id like to get all the factory guages to work. espcially gas and temp. where should i start?

o and btw the arm is healing good, its all up to time now

hey guys just though id keep you guys updated. I fixed all the wiring, and then the car wouldnt start i replace coil and still couldnt figure it out, then after more reasearch i found out the guy didnt swap an electronic ign volts reg luckly one came with the car i swaped it in and she fired right up woo hoo. Now i am doing body work i had to patch the fender i got them from paddock they looked like crap but with a little help from my dad one is on. I'm still sanding and trying to get the body line to where it needs to be and i am currently looking for a fender for a 69 cuda drivers side. any leads. after the body work is done i'm gonna need some seats id like to get some low back buckets but my dad suggested i shouldnt, get some high backs he will let me use some 72 challenger seats but they need covers and backings (someone decided to put speakers in the backs wth??) well i'm
still unsure of that deal and i still need to finish the drivers fender if i use that but dang she is banged up pretty bad.
here are some pictures:
