Ok, I have a 69 Valiant with a /6 225, 3 spd a745 manual trans, and a 7 1/4 rear end. I need to know what is involved in replacing the axle bearings and seals. Is this something I can do in my garage or is it just best to bring it to a shop. The reason I ask is that I've heard there will be some difficult extracting and pressing involved that I just don't have the proper tools for. The other thing is that it's my driver and I'd need to do this in pretty quick order. Rebuild or swap in a new one? Any feedback would be great. Thanks as always!!!!!!!!!!

I would also like to know what is the NUMBER stamped on that front bearing so I can order up replacements, if anyone knows. I thing there are 2 bearings inner front and outer front....here's hoping
